Was the master plan to build your magical back yard resort so that you
would never have to pay for another expensive
vacation ever again? I hear this a lot.
99% of my clients want nothing more then a truly peaceful place to relax
and have that morning cup of coffee and to have a really neat place to
enjoy their family and friends on a pleasant summer swim party.
The entire exotic pool experience is about , creating feelings that we all
share-the need for relaxation, and serenity, the exact same feelings
we all get
on those special Hawaiian getaways.
The only real problem is how can you relax when your
always spending money maintaining your back yard
wonderland every year or two.
Aren't you getting a little tired of synthetic rock repaint jobs
that never last more then a year or two? Or even worse getting a
new paint job that doesn't even come close to looking real, Or
how about that white calcium mess completely around the
waterline of the pool and at the Jacuzzi spillway. Or do you
have a slide that isn't even slippery when it's wet???
No wonder there are lots of unhappy exotic pool owners!
Let me tell you a little story that will solve these nasty
problems for you. About 25 years ago these exact same
problems were happening to commercial resort water features all
over the world ,and trust me repainting synthetic rock at
Disneyland every year or two is completely unacceptable.
The solution was really kind of simple but has proven successful
now for decades all you have to do is visit the Magic Kingdom
and just try to find any faded synthetic rock paint jobs or much of
a calcium problem, you won't find these problems anywhere!
Due to the fact I don't want to bore you to death I'll give you
the Readers Digest version of the solution. The main problem
was-When water gets inside the synthetic rock, it
activates the calcium in the cement, the funny thing about
calcium is it will always blast its way to the surface-
of the synthetic rock through a small crack or a weak paint job.
All the proof you will need is walk out in your own back yard
and look at your water feature to see all the odd places calcium
is popping up, any place that dose not have consistent contact
with water should not have any calcium problem at all.
For
example the slide only gets water once in a while yet the
leading cause of losing the finish on your slide is calcium
eating its way through the finish.
So the solution was waterproofing the cement first then paint
then seal the paint with a sealer that will withstand 4000 PSI
of water pressure and it must be loaded with uv protection. The
main reason you want your sealer to have such a high PSI rating
is so you can blast the waterline calcium off yourself with a
simple pressure washer.
I have a very serious question for you to answer now! Do you
think any of these commercial coatings exist for the residential
pool owner?
Yes,
My next Question is- has anybody repainted your water
feature offered you a lifetime guarantee that simply states
If your new water feature repaint job ever fades or peals we
will repaint it again free for as long as you live in your home?
My personal
Guarantee to you is
that your water feature will absolutely pop with realism far
beyond your wildest expectations And last for as long as you own
your home, or we will paint it again free.
My
repaint jobs require an average of five days to
complete. Just my preparation stage takes longer
then all my competitors full paint jobs. As far as I
am concerned preparation is the most important stage
of the entire process because if done well your
repaint job will last 15 to 20 years.
The painting stage is the fun part for me, Just pick up any real rock even gray
granite and you will discover a multitude of
different colors and shades the reason my synthetic
rock rock repaint jobs look so real is I duplicate
every detail possible, I can even duplicate mica
found in the best flagstone, mica is the sparkle you
see in this kind of flag stone.

Its not hard to make rock look real from a distance the real trick is when
it looks real up close and that's the kind of rock
repainting I specialize in. I think you should know
about toners because it's how we customize the look
and feel of your synthetic water feature.

The toner process is simple and it's the only work you are required to do.
This fun and easy process is the next to last step
and normally takes less then an hour. You sit down
look at the project and tell me exactly what you
think. For example Scott I think that rock should be
a little darker or that gray rock should be tan,
with toners we can dial in the water feature exactly
to the look and feel you really want.
The preparation stage consists of soda blasting to remove pealing paint
and expose all the cracks next we remove calcium
then we power wash everything with 4000 PSI of water
pressure to remove everything from all the cracks
and crevasses.

After the entire water feature has been prepped for new paint the next
step is to repair cracks, holes anything wrong that
will allow water to enter the inside the synthetic
rock must be fixed.
Next a thick waterproofing coat is sprayed on your entire water
feature to stop water from entering the inside of the
synthetic rock.

Next a commercial epoxy fortified primer is sprayed from top to bottom of
the water feature
this is why your new paint job will never peal and
is the end of the preparation stage.
It's my hope that you can clearly understand why I can give you an honest
lifetime guarantee.
Your water feature will have been prepared
with finest commercial coatings available.

The next process is really the fun part for me because its art. I unleash
over 30 years experience of making synthetic rock
look real for you. I'm really a Tim The Tool Guy
When it comes to the paint job I use only the finest
automotive spray guns and air brushes to produce
extraordinary long lasting results for you.

Good Morning
Scott,
I would like to
express my
appreciation for
the recent
project you
completed on our
property. Even
when our rock
pool / spa and
surroundings
were newly
installed, the
rock did not
look half as
good as your
completed
project. You
were not
exaggerating
when you told me
the rocks would
look better than
the real thing.
I’ve had several
projects
completed in the
past where time
and expense was
used cleaning up
after their
completed
project. Unlike
your project
where you
fixed/cleaned
items in need of
repair and left
my property in
much better
condition than
when you
arrived. We will
be spending our
vacation this
year at our
“resort” in the
backyard. Thanks
again Scott, you
are a true
artist. Please
feel free to use
my wife and I as
a reference.
